This Return Policy applies to interior décor products purchased through Qualtrexiequazli in Germany. This policy is in accordance with German consumer protection laws, including the German Civil Code (BGB) and EU Consumer Rights Directive. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.
In accordance with Section 312g of the German Civil Code (BGB) and Article 9 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, consumers have the right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days without giving any reason.
To be eligible for a return, interior décor products must meet the following conditions:
To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the item.
Package the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
In accordance with Section 357(3) BGB, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

For interior design services, the right of withdrawal may be limited if the service has been fully performed with your express consent and you have acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed (Section 312g(2) No. 3 BGB).
